1. Eligibility and regional access

1.1 You must meet the minimum legal age for sports betting in your state or other applicable US jurisdiction and any higher age requirement imposed by the sportsbook you use.

1.2 Sports betting laws, licensing and availability differ by state, tribal jurisdiction and territory. You are responsible for confirming that accessing betting-related information and placing any wager are lawful where you are physically located.

1.3 You may place wagers only with operators you are legally permitted to use. WagerWise coverage labels and sportsbook lists describe product support; they are not a legal determination that a sportsbook or form of wagering is available to you.

2. Service description

2.1 WagerWise Pty. Ltd. provides sportsbook price comparisons, calculations, betting software, account tools, educational information and related communications.

2.2 WagerWise is not a sportsbook, casino, gambling operator, broker or payment intermediary. WagerWise does not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, control sportsbook accounts or determine whether a wager is accepted, voided or settled.

2.3 All information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice.

2.4 Prices can move, feeds can be delayed or incorrect, and operators can reject, limit or void wagers. Calculations and opportunities must be checked against the final price, market rules and account terms displayed by the relevant sportsbook before you act.

2.5 WagerWise does not guarantee that any wager will win, that any strategy will produce a profit or that every displayed opportunity can be placed. You use the service at your own risk.

3. Payment and subscriptions

3.1 WagerWise offers subscription-based services that require payment. Prices shown on the US service are in US dollars unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

3.2 Before you subscribe, WagerWise will display the plan price, billing frequency, trial period if offered, renewal terms and available cancellation method. By completing checkout, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to your selected payment method.

3.3 Eligible plans include a three-day free trial. No subscription fee is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected paid plan begins automatically and renews at the price and frequency shown at checkout until cancelled.

3.4 You may cancel during the trial to avoid the first subscription charge. After the trial, you may cancel through your WagerWise account to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse a charge already properly incurred.

3.5 Payments are non-refundable unless WagerWise expressly states otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law.

3.6 WagerWise may change fees, features or plan offerings. Material changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated before they take effect as required by applicable law.

4. Responsible gambling

4.1 WagerWise promotes responsible gambling. Set limits, never chase losses and never wager money needed for essential expenses.

4.2 WagerWise does not endorse excessive, underage or illegal gambling. Better information and calculated edges do not remove variance, execution risk or the possibility of loss.

4.3 If gambling stops feeling controlled, stop using betting-related features and seek help. The US National Problem Gambling Helpline provides free, confidential support and state-based resources through NCPG Help & Treatment.

5. Privacy and data protection

5.1 WagerWise Pty. Ltd. values your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data.

5.2 WagerWise retains personal data only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate the shared account, secure the platform and meet legal obligations.

5.3 Personal data is handled in accordance with the WagerWise Privacy Policy. Depending on where you live, applicable federal or state privacy laws may provide additional rights that cannot be waived by these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 All content, trademarks, logos, software, calculations, interfaces and intellectual property associated with WagerWise are owned by or licensed to WagerWise Pty. Ltd.

6.2 You may use the service for your personal, lawful use. You may not reproduce, scrape, resell, distribute, reverse engineer or modify WagerWise material without prior written consent, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagerWise Pty. Ltd. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or connected with use of the service.

7.2 WagerWise Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for betting losses or for loss caused by changed prices, delayed or incorrect data, rejected or limited wagers, voided markets, operator rules, account restrictions, service interruption or user error.

7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold WagerWise Pty. Ltd. harmless from claims, damages or liabilities arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms or violation of a third party's rights.

7.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

8. Termination

8.1 WagerWise Pty. Ltd. may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, address unlawful conduct, prevent harm or comply with legal obligations.

8.2 Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual property, liability, governing law and dispute provisions—remain in effect.

9. Governing law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9.2 The courts of Tasmania have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to section 15 and except to the extent a mandatory law applicable to a US consumer provides a non-waivable right or forum.

10. Apple users

10.1 Where WagerWise is accessed through an Apple product or service, applicable Apple policies and platform terms also apply. Apple is not responsible for the WagerWise website service or its content.

11. User accounts

11.1 Your WagerWise identity is shared across regional WagerWise websites. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

11.2 You must provide accurate information, use only your own account and notify WagerWise promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or another security breach.

12. Prohibited activities

12.1 You must not:

• use WagerWise for an unlawful purpose or in a location where the relevant activity is prohibited;
• misrepresent your identity, age, location or affiliation;
• attempt to bypass geographic, age, security, subscription or access controls;
• interfere with, overload, disrupt or compromise the service;
• use automated systems to extract or reproduce WagerWise data without written permission; or
• restrict or inhibit another person from lawfully using the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

13.1 WagerWise Pty. Ltd. may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated or applicable law requires advance notice.

13.2 Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept an update, you must stop using the service and cancel any active subscription.

14. Contact information

14.1 Questions about these Terms can be sent through the WagerWise contact form. The receiving address is kept private to reduce spam.

15. Dispute resolution

15.1 To the extent enforceable, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

15.2 Arbitration will take place in Tasmania, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, subject to any review or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

16. Third-party services

16.1 WagerWise may display data from or link to sportsbooks, payment providers and other third-party services not owned or controlled by WagerWise Pty. Ltd.

16.2 Each third party controls its own eligibility checks, prices, account rules, wagering limits, settlement decisions, privacy practices and availability. WagerWise Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for those third-party services.

17. Taxes and records

17.1 You are responsible for keeping appropriate records and determining any federal, state or local reporting and tax obligations arising from your wagering activity. WagerWise does not provide tax advice.
